Q: How far in advance should I cancel my appointment?

A: Should a cancelation be necessary, please notify Vincent & Vincent a minimum of 24 hours ahead of your appointment time. A cancelation with less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge of 25% of services scheduled.  This courtesy enables us to schedule another client.  Please call to cancel or reschedule.

Q: How early should I arrive for my appointment?

A: We ask you to please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to give ample time for check-in.

Q: Should I reschedule my appointment if I am sick?

A: If you are to sick to go to school or work, or are contagious we ask that you please call to reschedule your appointment.  The staff at Vincent & Vincent will do our best to accommodate you at a different time. 
Q. Can I add tips to my credit card?

A. Tips are greatly appreciated by our service providers. They may be added to your credit card total, or to your check.
